  1. badly是bad的副词形式,基本意思是“坏,不好”,多半要放在谓语动词的后面,不放在动词与其宾语之间。
  2. badly与want, need等动词或与表示匮乏、需要、不良情况等名词连用时,等于very much,意思是“很,非常”。这时常位于实义动词之前,而其比较级和最高级是more badly和most badly
