  1. favour用作不可数名词时的意思是“欢心”“好感”“偏袒”; 用作可数名词时的意思是“恩惠”“善行”。
  2. favour是英式英语的拼法, favor是美式英语的拼法。
v. (动词)
  1. favour的基本意思是喜爱或偏爱某人或某物,作此解时,没有比较的含义。引申可表示“赞同”“有利于”。
  2. favour作“容貌像”解时,只能用于父母,而且仅限于双亲中的一个。
