n. (名词)
  1. scene的基本意思是指戏剧中的“一场”,电影、电视的“一个镜头”,小说中的“一节”。scene作“背景,现场,地点”解,强调户内外某时某地发生的事件的场面及其给人的印象,这一场面不一定是令人愉快的或好看的。scene还可作“景色,景象”“发脾气,吵闹”解。
  2. scene作“地点”解时用于单数形式,常与定冠词the连用,后接of短语作定语。作其他意思解时是可数名词。
  1. scenery统称“风景”时,不加冠词a,也没有复数形式。

    This lake is fine scenery.
    fine前不加a。

    These lakes are fine scenery.
    scenery后也不能加s。

  2. scene表示“景象或风景”时,并不一定指美丽可爱的,也可以是不漂亮的风景;
  3. a scenescenes与a piece of scenery和pieces of scenery意思不同。

    We found a beautiful scene on the hill.

    There were many scenes of distress in the slums.
