  1. tender的基本意思是“投标”。作“提供”“提出”“献给”“偿付”解时,通常用在较正式的场合,一般不用于物品的提供而用于感谢、歉意或辞呈等的提出,语气较强,强调提供者谦虚或礼貌。
  2. tender可用作及物动词,也可用作不及物动词。用作及物动词时,接名词或代词作宾语。tender可接双宾语,其间接宾语可转化为to的宾语。tender还可接由as短语充当补足语的复合宾语。作不及物动词时,常接介词for。
  1. tender表示“提供”时,后可接双宾语。

  2. 英国人习惯在tender后加services,resignation,thanks,apologies等词作为宾语,一般用于正式文字;
