  1. wound用作名词的意思是“伤口,创伤”,可指外伤,即外界暴力造成的身体上比较严重的外伤,常用于指战争或其他灾害中受伤,也可指无形的或精神方面的(如信用,名誉,感情等)“损害,痛苦”。
  2. wound可用作可数名词,也可用作不可数名词,说“(某处)受伤”,须接介词in。

  1. wound用作动词时,意思是“使…受伤,伤害”。可指身体上的伤害,也可表示感情上的伤痛,是及物动词,接名词或代词作宾语,可用于被动结构。
