  • accord指政府间不正式的协议,一切细节尚未确定或者虽最后协定所需列入的条件已经确定,但协议条款尚未准备公布。在法律文书上则指索赔案件中有关方面达成的协议,签字生效后可阻止诉讼的继续。agreement指条款的最后确定。understanding指谅解和不正式的协定,意味着存在明确的保证和互相间的承诺,要依靠互相间的信用来使其得到遵守。
